Redox signaling molecules are better than all natural, they are native to your cells. Your mitochondria make them. As you age, you produce less and less. They are so fundamental in the healing process, and that explains why older people in general, have more health challenges or take longer to recover than younger people. They work in a few ways. They are essentially the communication system for your cells. They amplify and clarify signals between and within cells so that cells can better detect, repair, and replace damaged cells. This happens via the mechanism of exchanging electrons.
They turn on five genes. So they affect the genetic expression in a positive way for your cardiac system, your immune system, your inflammatory system, your digestive system, and your hormone modulation. One of the genes that they turn on is called gene EGR1. When you turn on this gene, it affects many other pathways, such as the one for your circadian rhythm, the one for your serotonin production, insulin production, brain derived neurotrophic factor, ovarian infertility genes, thyroid stimulating hormone, the health of your spinal cord… And so much more! Another pathway that is affected by this gene is for NRF2. NRF2 then affects your natural antioxidants that you produce. It will cause the efficacy of glutathione to increase by 800%, and that of superoxide dismutase to increase by more than 500%.
